Mary Pat Stritof

She brings more than 30 years of technology leadership experience with well-known international brands, driving value through the strategic use of technology to support and enhance business processes. Stritof was CIO advisor and consultant, where she provided IT program management oversight and merger integration services for companies like Advanced Disposal and True Value. Before that, she was the CIO for Mitsubishi Electric Automation, where she managed an annual technology budget of $5 million and was responsible for the IT infrastructure and business systems portfolio. She has also served as CIO for the American consumer electronics subsidiary of Samsung Electronics where she earned the VICS Collaborative Award jointly with Best Buy.
Chris Koc
Head of Cyber Security Risk Managment, New York Life
Christopher Koc is a technologist who has spent nearly 30 years partnering with business to develop, deploy, and maintain information and security systems in support of multibillion-dollar Fortune 50 enterprises to dot-com startups to defense organizations. He has learned that building and motivating high-performing teams and developing a flexible technology plan capable of adjusting to shifting business priorities drives the value of IT for the business.
Collin Boyce
Chief Information Officer, City of Tucson

Collin Boyce is the Chief Information Officer and Director of Information Technology for the City of Tucson. Before joining the City of Tucson, Boyce spent 20 years in information technology leadership in multiple states with firms in New York, Georgia, and Michigan. His key areas of focus are workflow optimization, risk and resiliency, agile project management, vendor and contract negotiation, vendor management, and using data to drive business decisions. He is currently leading a City Wireless and Smart-City Initiative in Tucson, AZ.

Boyce received his Bachelor and Master's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, CIO certification from Carnegie Mellon University and attended numerous classes with Center for Creative Leadership and Dale Carnegie.
Ken Foster
Head Global Cyber Risk Governance, FISERV
Ken is currently Head of Global Cyber Risk Governance at Fiserv with more than 20 years of experience in the field focusing on security, risk, and platform architecture. Over the course of his career, Ken was previously CISO and held other essential positions at several companies in the Atlanta area as well as for the US government including be forward deployed in Afghanistan with the US intelligence community. Ken is a proud veteran of the United States Navy and has been an active member of his local security community.
Jeffrey Radin
CISO, Akoya Biosciences

Jeffrey Radin is the Chief Information Security Officer at Akoya Biosciences, providing Information Technology leadership throughout the entire organization. Jeffrey is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) who has played major leadership roles in information security throughout his career. He has 25 years of information technology experience, 10 focusing on information security risk management. He combines strong organizational management and leadership skills with a high degree of technical knowledge, the result of hands-on information security experience early in his career. He also has his Masters in Cybersecurity and Data Assurance from Penn State.
Bob Davis
Deputy CISO, CIGNA
Bob Davis is the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer for U.S. Government and Corporate Functions at Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company ("Cigna"). In this role, Bob is the cyber leader focused on securing Cigna's Medicare insurance businesses as well as certain corporate departments including HR, Finance, Legal and Privacy. Additionally, Bob leads the global cyber shared services teams that support and deliver Cyber Policy & Standards, Education & Awareness and Metrics.
